Due to the special structure of our products, the production process usually takes up to 4 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. Please note that these timelines include transit time after your order has been shipped and not processing time. While we do our best to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or supply chain disruptions. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 days, and we will keep you informed throughout the process. Please note that by completing your order, you also accept the possibility of a delay and agree to these terms upon completing the checkout process.
