### Política de Devolución y Reembolso

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags on and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. 

You can contact us by e-mail to initiate the return process. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, with shipping charges covered by you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us by email for any return questions.

Damages and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong product so that we can assess and correct the problem.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. To process the return or refund for damaged products, the following steps and requirements apply:

Required Proof for Damaged Products 

Photos: Clear images of the damaged item, showing the defect or issue. An image of the product with its original packaging (including box, labels, and any protective materials). A photo of the shipping label on the package. 

Videos: A short video (if applicable) showing the functionality issue or defect in action. 

Additional Details: A brief description of the damage or defect. Include details such as when the item was unpacked and any visible signs of mishandling during shipping

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), specialty items (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your product.

Please note that the following are not considered quality issues:

1. Loose threads, burrs, differences in thickness, feel and/or color from photos shown online;
2. Dissatisfaction with style and/or color and changes in personal taste and preferences;
3. Damage caused by improper handling, washing, maintenance, self-repair, alteration or other human factors;
4. garment sizing issues. (please refer to our sizing guide and detailed measurements on our product pages)

For orders that have not shipped;
If your order has not shipped and you change your mind about a different product, color, style or size, please contact us immediately and we can change it for you (as long as it is in stock). You can also cancel your order within 4 hours or when the products have not been shipped.

For shipped orders
If your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or exchanged.

Incorrect shipping information;
Please make sure that you enter your delivery address and information correctly; otherwise the courier may return your package to us without any explanation or refund.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to missing or incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to products returned to us by the Customer. We are not responsible for lost items returned to us by the Customer.We will not issue any refund if we do not receive the item.

As a small business we ask for your understanding as delays in deliveries are beyond our control. 

Once your order has been shipped, we are also at the mercy of our delivery companies. We are therefore unable to guarantee the delivery day or control unforeseen circumstances (e.g. the timing of import customs clearance). 

We apologize again for this inconvenience.
Delays can also occur during periods of high demand. Some countries and destinations may take longer than others. However, if you have not received your order after 60 days, we will refund your money in full. Please let us know about the undelivered product within 40 days.
